This web based Accommodation Booking application has been designed to ease the task of booking your rental unit(s).
We provide links to the booking calendar for your rental unit(s) so that guests can see the unit's availability.
Making a booking is a simple 3 step process:
The booking is immediately reflected on the online calendar.
An owner (no charge) booking is a simple matter of selecting the dates to be reserved and clicking the owner booking button.
You can view, print, or email a booking confirmation form by clicking on one of the booking dates.
A summary 12 month booking report can also be printed indicating total revenues.
This service costs $150/year for one unit. We also provide the service to property managers with pricing based on the number of units to be supported. Please call or email (sales@millsoft.ca) for bulk pricing information and specify the number of units you are managing. We are presently offering the first month's service at no charge giving new customers 13 months of service for the price of 12. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service during the first 30 days you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Sign up now. Fax credit card payment information to Millenia Software, 604-929-5797 or send a cheque to Millenia Software, 2403 Riverside Drive, North Vancouver, BC, V7H 1V8, Canada. Accounts become disabled when they expire. The currenty expiry date can be viewed on the customer profile.

The service is hosted on an Intel P3/700 server connected to a high speed T3 backbone with 7x24 availability. Database backups are performed every 24 hours.
